Dexter Dreaming of going outside

Dexter sometimes tries to sneak outside the house and is sometimes successful. We don't like to let him out to much because one time another cat attacked him pretty bad. So Dexter spends a majority of his time looking outside dreaming when he is not asleep or eating.
